Chris has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2006. He was born and raised in Austin, Texas where he graduated with a Business Marketing Degree at The University of Texas. In 2008 he completed all of the necessary education requirements to become a licensed Broker. In the last 10 years Chris has been nominated and won multiple awards for service and sales, he has trained accomplished Real Estate Agents, and has appeared on Fox News First as a Real Estate Expert. In 2017 he was a Finalist in the Platinum Top 50 of Realtors in San Antonio. Before Real Estate Chris worked for the World Champion San Antonio Spurs and was awarded a 2005 Championship Ring and an NBA Sales Award from Commissioner David Stern. Chris is an award winning author for his book Babies Can Smell Fear, a compilation of humorous stories from the first year of fatherhood. He is also a highly desired keynote speaker with topics ranging from real estate, balance, faith, motivation, and fatherhood.

Shaman is from Universal City, Texas and currently resides in the San Antonio area with his wife Priscilla.  Shaman is a service veteran of the United States Air Force who proudly served in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he received medals for his service in both.  Shaman has dedicated ten years to the occupational therapy field and is the founder of the non-profit organization, the National Amputee Boxing Association, which is the first of its kind in the United States.  Shaman was instrumental in the acquisition of the signature of Governor Rick Perry to officially recognize the month of April as Limb Loss Awareness Month in the state of Texas in 2015.   Shaman has had clients who are cancer survivors, individuals diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and others who have special physical restrictions and/or limitations.  These experiences continue to inspire Shaman to learn and set new goals in his career, but most importantly, it has served as the ongoing catalyst to serve the needs of his clients and assists them in achieving their goals.

Jesus was born in New Braunfels, Tx but grew up just south of there in Cibolo, Tx. While in high school he aspired to join the military in order to defend the rights and freedoms of this great nation. Just 3 months after graduating from Samuel Clemens High School, Jesus shipped to 13 weeks of recruit training to become a United State Marine.  Jesus spent the first 11 years of his career as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Operator. He was able to travel to 12 different countries all around the world to include the initial war in Iraq. During that time, he also trained some of the Marine Corps young officers in their job field of amphibious warfare. His greatest honor came in the last 9 years of his career as a career recruiter in south Texas because of the impact that he had on so many young men and women that he enlisted into the Marine Corps. Seeing their transformation and assisting in their efforts to achieve their goals led him to want to continue to give back to his community after retirement.

Besides being a Real Estate Agent, Jesus is also a director of a non-profit organization called Mech For Vets. This organization is built around assisting veterans needing to get their vehicle back on the road without the financial burden that comes with vehicle maintenance.

Jesus is married to his high school sweetheart Cynthia. They have 2 amazing children, Carlee and Jesus. Carlee was born in 2012 and Jesus in 2015. He enjoys being able to volunteer and help coach his own children in the sports they play.  He also loves to golf and go camping with family and friends

Brandon grew up in Portland, TX and then attended The University of Texas in Austin where he graduated with a Sport Management degree.  After college he worked for the San Antonio Spurs as a sales rep until he eventually followed his passion of sports and became a coach.  Brandon has been a middle school football, basketball, and track coach for the past 13 years.  He is excited to start working in the real estate business and to be a part of the Steps Realty team.

Cat is a native of Houston, TX who now resides in New Braunfels with her husband Joey. Most known for her softball career, Cat was a standout at the University of Texas before a 10 year professional career, and 13 years representing USA. She’s a 3 Time Olympic Medalist, most recently at the 2020 games. Previously, she also coached college softball for 12 years before deciding to step out into the Real Estate world. Cat is still active around the game coaching youth, as well as working with RBI Austin, a nonprofit that helps underserved youth play baseball
